Université PSL's performance in the CWUR 2024 international rankings

With an overall score of 88.4, Université PSL ranks among the top 0.1% of institutions worldwide in CWUR 2024, alongside Johns Hopkins University (18th) and its partner University College London - UCL (20th). Out of 2 000 institutions classed, PSL ranked 17th for education and 31st for employability. The ranking recognizes the university's ability to offer a "high quality learning experience" to its students and to "meet the expectations of employers". 

CWUR ranking methodology

CWUR is renowned for publishing one of the most comprehensive and objective rankings of the world's universities:

• Objective indicators are used for the four key pillars that make up the ranking methodology (education, employability, faculty and research). Unlike other rankings, CWUR does not incorporate surveys or university data submissions.
• Equal weight is given to student and faculty indicators.
• 20,966 universities are analyzed and ranked according to their academic performance.
   

PSL University in international rankings

Université PSL regularly features in the top positions of various international rankings. Last month, for example, 40 of its disciplines were ranked in the QS 2024 thematic ranking.
